Prepare for Australia’s new era of tax transparency with Public CbCR Reporting.

Australia’s Public Country‑by‑Country Reporting (Public CbCR) requires certain large multinational groups to publicly disclose tax and financial information for every country in which they operate, published on a publicly accessible government website.
This is a step‑change from private compliance reporting. Public CbCR can create greater public scrutiny and requires consistency across disclosures (including financial statements, ESG reports, OECD CbCR, transfer pricing documentation and public announcements).

This webinar will walk through the ATO’s guidance at a practical level: who is in scope, what is disclosed, key due dates, and the governance, data‑mapping and narrative steps multinational groups should start now to reduce reputational and regulatory risk.
